United Exports Launches America’s Export Network to Expand Global Visibility for U.S. Businesses

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — August 12, 2026 — United Exports today announced the launch of America’s Export Network, a privately developed digital platform designed to give U.S. businesses a centralized way to establish an international presence, showcase their products and services, and connect with buyers around the world.

For decades, American businesses — particularly small and midsized companies — have faced significant barriers to entering international markets. Many have the products, services and expertise to compete globally but lack the resources, knowledge, visibility or confidence to know where to begin.

United States small businesses now number more than 36 million and represent 99.9 percent of all U.S. businesses. Yet the number of identified U.S. exporting companies remains a small fraction of the nation's business community.

United Exports was created to address that gap.

The platform brings U.S. businesses into a single international network where they can create a business profile, showcase their products and services, and make themselves discoverable to buyers in markets around the world.

“American businesses shouldn't have to figure out international markets one country, one buyer and one disconnected resource at a time,” said Chris Green, Founder of United Exports. “We built America’s Export Network around a simple idea: give American businesses a place to establish their international presence and make it easier for the world to find them.”

From Assistance to Opportunity

The need for greater access to international markets is particularly important for America's small businesses and producers.

Across the country, small businesses represent the overwhelming majority of American businesses, yet only a fraction participate directly in exporting. For many business owners, the challenge is not a lack of products or ambition. It is knowing where to begin, understanding the process, identifying markets and finding international buyers.

That challenge was reinforced during United Exports' work with the American agricultural community. In October 2025, fourth-generation Illinois soybean farmer Scott Gaffner told CBS News, “We don't want the aid, we want the trade.” Gaffner was speaking as American soybean farmers faced the loss of a critical international market and warned that once alternative suppliers establish new trade routes, it can become more difficult for American producers to regain that market.

That perspective helped shape the development of United Exports.

Rather than creating another standalone resource, the company built a network intended to connect the pieces of international business development in one place.

Connecting American Businesses With Global Buyers

America’s Export Network is designed to serve both sides of the international marketplace.

U.S. businesses can establish international profiles and showcase their products and services, while international buyers can use the network to discover American companies and explore what they have to offer.

United Exports is opening America’s Export Network to businesses across every U.S. industry. The platform is designed to support companies regardless of what they produce or the services they provide, giving businesses the opportunity to establish an international presence, showcase what they offer, and become discoverable to buyers around the world from the outset.

The network is designed to extend the global visibility of American businesses beyond the markets and relationships they may already have access to.

Exporting Made Simple

A central component of America’s Export Network is Exporting Made Simple, a guided pathway designed to help businesses move from the question of “How do I export?” toward understanding the practical steps involved in entering international markets.

The guided pathway helps businesses explore potential markets, understand product classification and export considerations, and organize the information needed to begin developing an international strategy.

The goal is to make international trade less intimidating and more accessible to businesses that may never have considered themselves exporters.

“We have millions of American businesses with products and services that can compete in the global marketplace,” Green said. “America’s Export Network is about giving those businesses a place to be seen.”

Building America’s Export Network

United Exports is privately owned and operated in the United States.

The company's broader objective is to create a connected digital environment for America's export community — one where American businesses can be more easily discovered, international buyers can find U.S. suppliers, and businesses that have never exported can begin to understand how to participate in global trade.
