By accessing and using United Exports, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. This platform is designed to facilitate legitimate international trade between registered U.S. exporters and qualified international buyers in compliance with all applicable federal regulations.

• Exporters: Must be registered U.S. businesses with valid EIN and applicable licenses
• Importers: Must provide valid business registration from their country of incorporation
• All users must comply with OFAC, BIS, and other federal trade compliance requirements
• Users in sanctioned countries or on denied party lists are prohibited from using this platform

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and truthful information during registration
• Maintaining the security of their account credentials
• Conducting all trade activities in compliance with applicable laws
• Promptly reporting any suspected fraudulent activity
• Keeping business information current and updated

• Submitting false or misleading business information
• Attempting to circumvent registration or compliance processes
• Engaging in trade with sanctioned entities or countries
• Exporting controlled items without proper licenses
• Using the platform for any illegal purpose

Platform Role

United Exports serves as a facilitator connecting registered parties. We do not act as a party to any transactions, guarantee any trade outcomes, or assume liability for disputes between users. All trade agreements are between the respective exporters and importers.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on this platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain rights to their submitted content but grant United Exports a license to display such content for platform purposes.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose a risk to platform integrity. Users may also terminate their accounts at any time by contacting support.
