Its mission is to improve commercial motor vehicle safety and enforcement by providing guidance, education and advocacy across North America. Its members include 13,000 enforcement officials, and it works toward uniform, compatible and reciprocal commercial vehicle inspections across North America. Associate members include trucking and bus companies, suppliers and trade associations.
